In the strange city of Basara, anything can happen. There’s swindling and trading on every corner and the mysterious Scrap Goblin lurks in the depths below, conducting dubious experiments. The series of unfortunate events caused by their inventions have thrown their hometown of Mata-Mata into chaos, and Cobalt hopes they can work together to fix the damage.
